My House Help is Pregnant

“Good Evening and my beautiful people, please my HELP is pregnant, she is in SS1, she is 22years old. according to her she slept with one boy that is living very close to our estate. I started living with her two and half years ago, when she came, the initial agreement was to pay her 10k monthly, by month end of her first month, I asked her if she has account or were do I transfer her money , she said and I quote ” aunty, I don’t want you to pay me, I want to go to school. I stopped at JSS2 over 4years ago”

I called the agent that brought her and told him, he insisted I should transfer her money to him but the girl stood her ground. I later enrolled into JSS2 in a private school, I did this because I wanted her to really learn since school is in her mind. We are living in portharcourt. I spent nothing less than 75k in enrolling her and was paying 35k termly.she was finding it difficult coping, she couldn’t pronounce or spell simple three later words. I am a government secondary school teacher. I started tutoring her after school, now she reads very well. I noticed she hasn’t asked for money for pad since last month, I questioned her, finally on Monday I discovered she is pregnant and had already made arrangements with the guy to abort the pregnancy after school on Tuesday.

She had already gone to school when I found out. I had to call her school owner to please not let her out of the gate after school she should wait for me in the school I also spoke to her on phone through the proprietors phone. I have called MY GIRL’s father, he said anything we decide we should let him know that my girl is just like my daughter. We want to go and arrest the boy. She said the boy said he can’t marry her she should terminate the pregnancy. I and my husband has told her she will go but first of all we will get the boy and continue from there. I am broken, I had good plans for this girl.

Many people thinks she is my relative. Even as we are planning on traveling out I have already made plans on how to enroll her into boarding so as to make sure she finished her secondary school, even if it’s the only thing I did for her.
