The Lagos State Police Command has finally released Famous Nigerian singer Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley and his close associate, Samson Erinfolami Balogun, known as Sam Larry, after meeting their bail conditions.
The duo were released on Friday evening, 17th of November, 2023.
It could be recalled that a Magistrate’s Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State, on Monday, 6th of November, 2023, granted the duo bail in the sum of N20m with three responsible duties.
Both men were nab and arraigned before the court over their alleged complicity in the death of Naira Marley’s former signee, ilerioluwa Aloba better known as Mohbad, who died in controversial circumstances on 12th of September, 2023.
On 6th of November, 2023, the court granted them bail. The magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun, told the defendants to submit their passports and ordered that they are to report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>>
