Men of the Delta State Police Command have apprehended a 32-year-old man, known as Ezekiel Elijah, for allegedly defiling a 13-year-old physically challenged girl in Aviara, Isoko area of the State.
This was announced in a video via the X page of the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Edafe Bright, on Sunday, 29th of December 2024.
Edafe disclosed that the suspect allegedly lured the victim into his house, where he committed the offense.
The caption reads:
“Rape is different from defilement, for defilement, the consent of the underage girl is immaterial ( which means, you can’t say she is my girlfriend). But in this case, the 13-year-old girl he defiled is even physically impaired. He took advantage of this child, lured her to his room and defiled her.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
