A lifeless baby has reportedly being found abandoned in Zuba community in Gwagwalada Local Government Area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
It was gathered that the baby who was found wrapped in a bag was found lifeless and abandoned in an uncompleted building.
As at the time of this report, people at the scene of the incident could not identify the mother who abandoned the child there. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
