The Libya authorities have deported thirteen immigrants including seven Nigerians, three Bangladeshis and three Ghanaians detained at the Qanfoudah Immigration Detention Centre via the Benina International Airport in Benghazi.
The individuals were deported on grounds of violating laws in force in the Libyan state.
Migrant Rescue Watch disclosed this in a statement on their X handle on Tuesday, 12th of November.
The statement reads:
“DCIM deported from Qanfoudah Immigration Detention Center 13 #migrants (Bangladesh 3 , Ghana 3 and Nigeria 7) via Benina International Airport in Benghazi.
