The Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LASEGC) has sealed the Okeodo market at Ile-Epo near Abule-Egba due to its poor sanitation.
The directive to seal the market was issued by the Commissioner of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab.
He shared a video via his X page on Wednesday, 27th of September, 2023, showing when the operation was being carried out.
He said:
“On my order, Okeodo market at Ile-Epo near Abule Egba was earlier today, Wednesday, 27th of September, 2023, sealed up by the officials of Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps over noncompliance with the state’s Environmental Protection Laws.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
