Lakurawa: Nobody has ever defeated Tinubu — Nuhu Ribadu following emergence of new t£rrorist group

National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu has warned recently emerged terrorist group, Lakurawa, operating in the North-West region of Nigeria.

Ribadu emphasised that no one has ever defeated President Bola Tinubu, stressing that the group made a grave mistake by targeting the country at this time.

He further asserted that Lakurawa would not succeed under President Tinubu’s leadership, urging the group to immediately cease their activities or face swift defeat.

Ribadu said this while speaking at the 2024 Comptroller General of Customs Conference in Abuja on Wednesday, 13th of November.

He said:

“For the first time in our country, the entire security sector leaders are working as one; armed forces; intelligence communities, civil police ,all others , I want to assure you.

“Tell Nigerians that for the first time, more than ever before, we work as a team.

“One and we’re beginning to see the gains, what we call the Tinubu gains. Hundreds of bandits are killed today, everyday , Tinubu gains. You move everywhere in our country today free of fear , Tinubu gains.

“Things are changing, this so called Lakurawa or whatever you call them, they’re making a mistake, nobody ever dares Tinubu and wins, nobody.

“They have come at wrong time , nobody has ever defeated Tinubu, and you’re going to be defeated , and we will kick you out of Nigeria .

“This is a Nigeria of 2024, and this is a Nigeria that I assure you, the critics would be quiet.

“One after the other, things will change in our country, and it’s already changing. Many parts of the country today are living in peace, go to the Niger Delta things have changed.

“Today, we have gotten to 1.8 million barrels of crude oil , you have not seen this for a long long time , Tinubu gains.

“South east is getting to be at peace with itself and the rest of the country, the bandits are running left, right, every single day we are getting people who are surrendering.

“I was talking with the general, as of today, even right now, we have places where we are receiving surrendering bandits, it’s happening every day, and it will happen more .
