The Lagos State Taskforce has taken strong action against those who have tried to rebuild shanties and makeshift structures near the Fagba Railtrack in Lagos.
Executing the exercise, the agency’s chairman, Shola Jeleloye, who led a 7-hour operation with his team stopped stubborn squatters who tried to rebuild shanties by the rail corridor.
Jeleloye said:
“Part of the reasons for the clearing out of the rail tracks is to secure the setback of the red line rail of the State Government and ensure residents in Fagba have a feeling of serenity when they are in their place of abode.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
