Officials of the Lagos State Task Force have cleared wares and temporary shelters belonging to street traders on Ligali Ayorinde and Akin Adesola streets in Victoria Island.
According to a post on X by the Lagos State Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, this operation was carried out in the early hours of Tuesday, 10th of October, 2023.
Wahab tweeted,
“As directed, the stretch of Ligali Ayorinde and Akin Adesola in Victoria Island was cleared of environmental infractions at midnight today.
“18 suspects were arrested, illegal wares removed, and temporary shelters were destroyed.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
