Men of the Lagos State Police Command have nabbed three suspects after discovering a locally made pistol, a Lagos State rider’s permit, and substances suspected to be hard drugs in their possession during a stop-and-search operation in the Obalende area of the state.
This was disclosed in a post on the official X handle of the Lagos State Police on Monday, 26th of August 2024.
The post reads:
“Officers of Lagos State Police Command, while on Stop and Search duty at Obalende, Lagos, arrested one Stephen Olawale ‘m’ aged 42, James Ayeba ‘m’ aged 21 and Uzochukwu ‘m’ aged 38, after it was found in the possession of the suspects a locally made pistol, Lagos State Rider’s permit and substance suspected to be hard drugs.
