Men of the Lagos State Traditional Medicine Board (LSTMB) in collaboration with officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), have sealed six facilities of some Traditional Medicine Practitioners (TMPs) in the State, operating without proper regularisation of practice and with outdated documents.

The enforcement action is in response to persistent noncompliance of some practitioners.

This followed multiple notifications and warnings issued to the affected facilities, directing them to approach the Board for registration and compliance with the Lagos State Health Sector Reform Law 2015.
