Mr Babajide Sanwo-olu, the governor of Lagos State, has paid a condolence visit to the family of late Most. Rev. Bamisebi Olumakaiye.
The Lagos Governor made this known via his Twitter handle today, Friday.
Sanwo-Olu speaking on how the deceased will be missed, said, “I paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Most. Rev. (Dr.) Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye. His pastoral and wise counsel will be sorely missed by his family, the House of Bishops & the entire clerics & members of the Anglican Communion. May his soul find rest with God.”
Olumakaiye, who recently died was the Archbishop of Province 1 and Bishop of Lagos State Anglican Communion.
He died during the week at the age of 53 years.
