The Lagos State Pension Commission (LASPEC) has disbursed N1.53 billion as accrued pension rights to 742 retirees from the state’s public service.
The disbursement was made during the 109th batch retirement benefit bond certificate presentation Ceremony at the NECA House Auditorium in Alausa, Ikeja, on April 10.
The Lagos State Government’s X handle on Friday, 11th of April 2025, tated this on Friday.

” The Lagos State Pension Commission (LASPEC) disbursed N1.53billion as accrued Pension rights to 742 retirees of the State Public Service at the 109th Batch Retirement Benefit Bond Certificate Presentation Ceremony, held on 10th April at the NECA House Auditorium in Alausa, Ikeja.
“The payment of the pension benefit is a testament to Mr Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu commitment and dedication to the welfare of retirees in the state and the continued efforts to ensure that retirees receive their entitlement and benefits as and when due.
