Kunle Afolayan, the Nigerian movie producer and actor, has reacted after ‘Anikulapo’ his newly-released movie,’ was rejected by Oscar Members for consideration in 2023 edition of the Oscar award.
The movie producer who reacted after the move took to his Instagram page today, Monday to express his displeasure and disappointment.
Afolayan noted that even though Oscar has rejected his newly released movie, he won’t stop doing his thing.
According to him “I am so pleased and delighted that the whole world has decided to tag ANIKULAPO film a masterpiece even though the Nigeria Oscar selection committee think its not worth submitting for the Oscars. Will keep doing my own thing.”
‘Anikulapo’ was released on the last day of September, 30th.
