The Kaduna state Governor, Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, turned a lecturer for the latest class of Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship.
The Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship is a programmer aimed at creating competent leader, and it is a one-year programme.
The fellowship shared through it Facebook page on Friday stating that El-Rufai taught Governance and the Economy.
