Chief Vincent Ogbulafor, the former national chairman and first national secretary of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has passed away.
A family source has confirmed his passing, and they also told Thisday Newspaper that he passed away on Thursday, October 6, in Canada, at the age of 73, from an unidentified illness.
Ogbulafor hails from Olokoro in the Abia state’s Umuahia South local government.
Prior to his election as National Chairman following a heated national conflict between Senators Sam Egwu and Anyim Pius Anyim, Ogbulafor served as the PDP’s first national secretary.
