A Popular Nigerian car dealer professionally known as IVD has alleged that David Adeleke, Afrobeat star aka Davido owes him N5.5 million after paying only N1 million out of the N6.5 million for a car purchased for his aide, Israel DMW.
It will be recalled that the Blessing CEO, a relationship expert called Davido out for failing to pay the debt on the car he had purchased for his aide, Israel DMW.
In a nutshell, IVD Motors later denied the claim, stating that Davido eventually cleared the bill and apologized to Blessing CEO for not updating her on the payment.
VD Motors initially denied the debt, claiming that Davido had settled his bill and apologized to Blessing CEO for not updating her about the payment.
However, months later, IVD made a U-turn in a viral audio circulating online, alleging that Davido only paid N1 million out of the N6.5 million for the 2009 Venza purchased for Israel DMW.
In the audio, IVD stated that despite repeatedly reaching out for the balance, he was only asked to send his account details but never received the payment.
