“It’s Annoying and Disrespectful” – Delta state Gov’s Aide Slams Zubby Michael For Attending Jr Pope’s Burial in Red T-Shirt

Actor Zubby Michael has come under fire from an adviser to Delta State Governor Ossai Ovie Success for showing up to his late colleague Jnr Pope’s burial on Friday, May 17, in Enugu State, wearing a red t-shirt.

Ovie stated that it was improper and insulting for the actor to have worn red at the burial in a post that was published on his X account.

According to him, Zubby ought to have worn white or black as the dead was a prime man when he passed away.

Ovie wrote;

”This is disrespectful to late Jnr Pope.

Dear Zubby Michael, this your red dressing is inappropriate.

This your red t shirt dressing to the burial ceremony of late Jr Pope is annoying and disrespectful to Jnr Pope.

Jnr Pope was so young when he di*d and doesn’t deserved you putting on red dressing to his burial ceremony.

The burial ceremony calls for a sober reflection and not a celebration party ground.

You could have gone there putting on black or white dressing .

I am disappointed though you are a good guy and I so much love watching your movies .

I know you did this in an error and I know you will Change next time .
