‘Issue Has Been Resolved’ – Ailing Customer Says As Kuda Bank Finally Unlocks Account Of N400,000

Kuda Bank, one of the leading Nigerian Fintech Bank, has finally unlocked customer’s Bank account with almost 400,000 naira.

Freshreporters media had barely 24 hours ago reported that Kuda Bank Customer, identified as Mazi Kevin Ekechi wailed after the bank restricted his account of N400,000.

According to him,

“Thank you Kuda App for reaching out to me ,thank you Wisdom Nwedene ,thank ypu and those who reached me via in-box, the ssue has been settled💪💪💪”.

It could be recalled that Mazi Kevin Ekechi had said he was shocked when he wanted to make some transactions and equally get drugs because he was so sick only to found out his account has been blocked and no reason was given.

He said since last week Tuesday, he has not been able to get any medical attention because his money is trapped and his health condition is deteriorating.

Mr Ekechi further said that Kuda Bank has not responded to his messages to know the reason his bank account was restricted.

According to him,

“I’m really in pains. I dont know that I will find myself in this horrible condition. My money is locked for no reason. I linked my BVN with the account since 2021 and I cannot believe that they will just wake up and lock the account.”

“I’m really sick but kuda Bank has made my sickness to be worse as I can’t get medical help since my money is still trapped with them for no reason”.

“They asked me to contact them which I have done but they are not responding to my messages. What again do they want me to do? Should I fly to Lagos?”.
