Indian Police Claim Rats ‘Ate’ 200kg Of Cannabis Kept In Stations

The Indian Police have decided to put blame on rats for destroying nearly 200kg of cannabis seized and kept in police stations.

One of the court in Uttar Pradesh State in the country heard how the animals had in some cases eaten up the marijuana being kept as evidence.

The judge cited three cases of example in which marijuana was destroyed by the Indian rodents.

It was gathered on Thursday, that the Indian police claimed that the animals didn’t fear police, thus making it difficult for police to protect the exhibit from them.

In a statement read in the Indian court stated, “Rats are tiny animals and they have no fear of the police. It’s difficult to protect the drug from them.”
