A family man was apprehended in Dong village, Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State, for allegedly committing theft.
The suspect was caught on Sunday, July 30, 2023, and he claimed that hardship pushed him into stealing.
In his defense, the man stated that he had been diligently searching for employment opportunities but couldn’t secure any, which compelled him to send his family back to Kaduna State. Left with no means of livelihood, he resorted to stealing as a desperate measure.
It was further discovered that this was not the suspect’s first brush with the law. He had been caught in a previous stealing incident before the latest offense. (CONTINUE READING HERE)
