Olukayode Egbetokun, the acting Inspector-General of Police, is currently in Shanghai, China, en route to Lianyungang where he is participating in the 2023 Global Public Security Cooperation Forum, Lianyungang.
The Force Headquarters noted that the event is a gathering of international security experts and stakeholders to engage in meaningful discussions on global security concerns and development strategies.
This was disclosed by the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumiyiwa Adejobi, made the development known in a Wednesday night statement obtained by our correspondent.
Adejobi said,
“As part of his zeal to engage global stakeholders for improved security management in Nigeria, the acting Inspector-General of Police, Olukayode Egbetokun, is currently in Shanghai, China, en route to Lianyungang where he is participating in the prestigious 2023 Global Public Security Cooperation Forum, Lianyungang (GPSCFL).
