I Had ‘Five Therapy’ Sessions A Day During My Split From Estranged Husband, British Singer, Adele Reveals

A Popular British singer Adele has said that she had therapy from expert ‘five times’ a day following marriage split from estranged husband, Simon Konecki.

Adele said this to her fans and supporters at her show in Las Vegas.

The British Singer also called on her fans and supporters to value friendship. She said, “A relationship falling apart, whether you’re married or not, it’s really difficult and it’s really traumatic.

‘Keep your friends close to you because they’re better than any man, better than any woman. Your friends are for life.”

The Grammy award winning artistes told her audience adding that: “I started having therapy again because I went a few years without it. I needed to start. Before, obviously, when I was going through my divorce I was basically having, like, five therapy sessions a day.”

After she has successfully gone through her divorce, Adele disclosed that she is currently in therapy again to ensure that she is taking care of herself.

The singer added: “But I stopped holding myself accountable for my own behavior and the things I would say and it’s because I would always fall back on my therapist. But now I am doing it because I just want to make sure I’m topping myself up every week to make sure I can give you everything.”

It was gathered that the 34-year-old music star split amicably from her estranged husband in April 2019 after five years of being married, and their divorce was finalised in March 2021, with the former couple sharing custody of their son Angelo.
