Chris Brown has appreciated Wizkid for taking him along to his concert at the O2 Arena in the UK in 2019 and helping lift his UK bãn.
According to him,
“After the mîstake I made with Rihanna, I was bãnned from performing in the UK. “
“But Wizkid came and changed everything for me in 2019 at the O2 Arena. “
“He called me and was like: ‘Yo Chris! I want you to come perform with me in London.’
“And I was like that isn’t possible because of the bãn, but he said: ‘Don’t worry, just pull up in London and I’ll take care of every other thing.’
“So his manager arranged the necessary documents, and flew me and my team there in a private jet.”
“When it was time to perform, Wizkid called me on stage, and when I came out, I saw a crowd of over 20k people. “
