Davido gives an emotional interview with teãrs almost rushing down his cheeks after l00sîng to Tems at the 67th Grammy Awards this year.
He said,
“Right the from the day I released my first song, all I wanted was to hear my songs on the radio once or twice. “
“My songs are already being played on the radio worldwide so if my music ever wins a Grammy, I won’t deny it even though I don’t care about it because I worked hard for it. “
“But I’ll be very grateful to God if I ever win.
“Just being nominated first the Grammys 2-years in row for me is enough. I’m very proud of myself. “
“And whether I win a Grammy or not, I’ll always remain the King Of Afrobeats and a Legend. “
