Professor Lateef Akanni Hussein, the Ex Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University, is dead.
According to a statement issued out on the official LASU Facebook page today (Monday), the deceased kicked the bucket after a brief illness on Sunday evening, 31st of July, 2022 aged 75.
The deceased, Prof. Hussein, a professor of Physics was the sixth Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University, LASU; he served between the year 2005 and 2011.
Hussein who died at the age of 75 years will be buried on Monday, following the Islamic rites.
