House Of Rep Urges Relevant Educational Agencies To Make Available Automatic Employment For First Class Students

The Nigerian House of Representatives seeks automatic job opportunity for First Class graduates from Nigerian University.

This motivation is coming so as to enhance graduates of the Nigerian Students House believes this will serve as motivation for Nigerian students to boost their prospect.

One of the House of Representative Member Chinedu Martins by name,who stirred up the point on Tuesday 15th of March,2022. He said the development will help reinstall brainiacs in the nation.

The presentation which is ‘Need to Grant Automatic Employment to First Class Graduates,’. Honourable Martins buttress that Nigerian institution graduates hundreds of first class graduates per academic calendar yearly.

According to him “a great percentage of them find it difficult to secure employment and contribute to nation-building”.

The honorable decried that the nation is lacking to secure employment opportunities to the first class graduates that’s why many of them have continue fleeing out of the country for greener pasture outside the county.

He said “According to research, Nigeria has continued to unwittingly give away her best brains and intellectuals to other countries who, by virtue of their robust policies on a value system, reward diligence and excellence as can be seen in the exodus of medical professionals from Nigeria to other countries.

“Reports have shown in seeking admissions to universities, students consider countries such as the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Australia, China, Canada as it increases their chances of being employed upon graduation,” Honorable Martins explained

However, The lawmakers further argued that automatic job opportunity for first class institutional graduates will serve as a Major source of motivation for students Of the higher learning.

After Hon Martin’s case raised the motion in the House, he also impulses that the Federal Ministry of Education should parter with relevant government agencies in education to guarantee job opportunities for first class graduates of Nigerian Institutions.

The House of RepresentativesFurther directed various Committees on Tertiary Education, Labour and Employment, and Productivity to make sure necessary accordance with decision is outstretched.
