House builder who Beats Father to Death Suffers Life Imprisonments
Monday Effiong who hailed from Mbiakpon Atan in the ibiono local government Akwa ibom State was sentence to life imprisonments over his wife complaint.
On Tuesday, the Akwa Ibom State High Court presided over by Justice Bassey Nkanang has endorsed a 39-year-old man, Monday Effiong, on jail a term for beating his 68 year old father to death.
The convicted 39 years old bricklayer reportedly beat his father to death after accusing him of being a wizard and preventing his wife from conceiving.
The policeman told the court that the convicted 39 years man on 27th of May, 2017 upon the wife complain, smashed his father and pushed him to the ground.
