The Lagos state governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday, 17th of December 2024, officially launched the Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate Project, a collaboration between the Lagos State Government and Access Bank Plc, at the Banquet Hall, Lagos House, Ikeja.
The housing estate will be located on 9.98 hectares of land, featuring 704 two-bedroom apartments across 44 blocks.
This was made known in a post by the Sanwo-Olu’s Senior Special Assistant on New Media, Jubril Gawat, on Tuesday, 17th of December.
The post reads:
“Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu #jidesanwoolu today Signed-Off the Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate Project facilitated by Lagos State Government #followlasg and Access Bank Plc #myaccessbank today at the Banquet Hall, Lagos House Ikeja.
“The Housing Estate will be situated on a 9.98 Hectares of Land, which will have 704 Units of 2-bed apartments totaling 44 blocks.
