The Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has expressed his delight in the Lagos Boat Regatta, a vibrant celebration of the state’s maritime heritage and a significant platform for tourism.
The event, held at the 5 Cowries Creek, showcased boat races, handcrafted boats, and captivating cultural displays.
Governor Sanwo-Olu hosted the occasion alongside the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Toke Benson-Awoyinka.
However, President Bola Tinubu, who has been in Lagos for the festive season, was notably absent.
