The Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda has extended his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Katsina State and well-wishers nationwide for their prayers and concern following a road accident on Sunday night.
The governor was reportedly en route from Daura to Katsina when the crash occurred.
In a brief live video address from his residence on Sunday, after undergoing a preliminary medical checkup, Radda conveyed his appreciation for the outpouring of support and prayers from the state’s populace.
He said,
“Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. Dear brothers and sisters of Katsina State and beyond, we are deeply grateful for all your prayers and concern. By the will of Allah, we were tested with a car accident, but Alhamdulillah, we came out safe and unharmed.
“I’m pleased to confirm that I remain in good health and high spirits.
“Once again, thank you for your heartfelt prayers. Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah.”
