Ekiti Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has commissioned the new ultra-modern Builders’ Market located along Poly Road in Ado-Ekiti.
In a statement on the Governor’s X handle, he hailed the project as a major stride in boosting local commerce and providing crucial support for small businesses within the building and construction industry.
The newly commissioned market boasts over 170 shops, designed to be a central hub for sourcing high-quality local building materials.
Oyebanji wrote on X:
“I commissioned the new ultra-modern Builders’ Market along Poly Road in Ado-Ekiti. This project is a significant step forward in our efforts to strengthen local commerce and support small businesses in the building and construction sector.
“With over 170 shops, a 300KVA transformer, a fully equipped security post, a functional cafeteria, clean restrooms, and ample parking space, the market is designed to serve as a central hub for sourcing quality local building materials. I have also made it clear that only genuine materials must be sold here to protect our people and promote standards.
