The international community has come together to pay respects to the late President Muhammadu Buhari, with leaders from around the world offering condolences.
In a notable gesture, the Chinese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs visited the Nigerian Embassy in Beijing to sign the condolence register.
Similarly, Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa, a close ally of Nigeria, paid a solemn visit to the Nigerian Embassy to offer his personal condolences.
President Mnangagwa’s gesture underscores the strong ties between Zimbabwe and Nigeria, as well as Buhari’s respected position on the global stage.
