The Former Taraba state, Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has got a bail of N150 million following his prosecution on charges bordering on criminal breach of trust, conspiracy and conversion of public funds to the tune of N27bn.
Ishaku and the former Permanent Secretary Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Taraba State, Bello Yero, were on Monday, 30th of September, 2024, arraigned before Justice S. C Oriji of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Maitama, Abuja for fraud.
Justice Oriji, adjourned the matter till Thursday, 3rd of October, 2024, for hearing on bail applications after they bathe pleaded not guilty to the charges read to them. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
