Abdullahi, the son of late former head of state, General Sani Abacha, has passed away.
This revelation came into light by his sister, Gumsu Abacha, in a tweet shared via her twitter handle today, Saturday.
According to the tragic news, Abdullahi died at the age of 36, in the early hours of the day, 4th of March, 2023.
“Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un. I lost my younger brother Abdullahi Sani Abacha,” the sister wrote.
Gumsu revealed that her younger brother passed on in his sleep. She made a plea that the public to include him in prayers.
“May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him jannatul firdous, Ameen. Please include him in your prayers,” she added.
Abdullahi’s remains will be buried at Gudu Cemetery later in the day after a prayer at the Central Mosque in Abuja, she adds.
The deceased was the second to the last son of the former military head of state.
