Bangladesh allegedly hosted the official opening of the first transgender mosque in history.
Some of the worshipers who had gender transitions were visible in the DW footage as they observed the Muslim prayers.
It was also learned that the government had provided the land on which the mosque was constructed. The Muslims who identify as transgender expressed pleasure over the decision and added that they are glad to be buried with everyone else. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
