Shyman Saran Negi, the first voter in India as an independent country, is dead.
It was gathered that Saran died at the age of 106 years.
Report gathered today revealed that Saran died on Saturday, days after casting his vote in the upcoming Himachal Pradesh assembly election by post.
Meanwhile, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his condolences over His death.
Saran was Born in the year 1917 July, casted his vote for the first time in 1951 in the India general election.
