The first group of trucks are already on the ground at the Port Harcourt Refinery gantry to begin the loading of petrol products.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Tuesday, 26th of November announced that the Port Harcourt Refinery has commenced operations.
