The Ekiti State witnessed its first flight in history today, Saturday.
The aircraft to make the historic fight belongs to the Nigerian Air Force and it landed at the newly-built Ekiti State Airport located in the state capital, Ado-Ekiti.
Bayo Omoboriowo, the Presidential photographer, shared a video and photo from the historic moment.
He captioned, “First time a flight is landing in Ekiti and I’m so super excited I was on it. It might not mean so much but for those of us from Ekiti State, it means a lot!”
