Tragedy hits Jigawa as fire incident on Sunday razed down three communities in the Kiyawa Local Government area of the State.
A resident, who confirmed the incident spoke with the newsmen, that the affected communities include Malamawa, Karangiya, and Kwalele.
Adamu Shehu who is the spokesman for the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corp, Jigawa State Command, also confirmed the incident.
According to Adamu, no human life was lost, but some people were affected by the smoke and were rushed to Kiyawa LGA hospital for proper medical care.
As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the fire outbreak was still unknown.
