FG Sympathizes With Russia Over Trag!c Attȁck In Moscow

The Federal Government of Nigeria conveys its deepest sympathies to the Russian Federation on the occasion of the fatal attack, which turned tragic and slaughtered many innocent people.

In a press statement on Saturday, where he expressed the great sympathy of Nigeria over the sad occurrence in which 60 lives were claimed at the Crocus Concert Hall, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Yusuf Tuggar, said Nigeria viewed terrorism somewhat like what it is facing in the North-East as an international conspiracy.

“We deeply extend our heartfelt condolences,” Tuggar continued, “to the people and government of the Russian Federation on the tragic attack carried out at the Crocus Concert Hall in Moscow. The attack resulted in the deaths of innocent people and injuries to more than a hundred others.”

He condoled those injured in the incident and prayed for their soonest recovery. He has assured of total support and solidarity to that part of Nigeria for this disastrous event.

“We also pray for the quick recovery of those injured. At this challenging time, we stand in brotherhood with the government and the Russian Federation”.

It concluded with direct condolences directed to the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, reaffirming the weeping bond of sympathy between the Nigerian body politic and its people with Russia at such an hour of tragedy.

ISIS Group Takes Responsibility For Deadly Attack On Russia’s City Hall

Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister was forced to speculate that an “explosive device” may be responsible for the exploding that has killed at least 60 people and left over 145 injured in Moscow at Crocus City Hall and may be behind it by the militant Islamic State group known as ISIS.
