FCTA staff stage protest in Abuja over unpaid salaries, allowances

A group of workers under the Joint Union Action Committee (JUAC) is currently protesting at the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) headquarters in Area 11, Abuja.

The demonstrators, made up of FCTA staff, are demanding the resolution of several outstanding issues, including unpaid salaries and allowances.

Many were seen carrying placards with messages such as “Non-payment of AEPB Enforcement Squad,” “Inaccessibility of the Salary Portal to Salary Desk Officers,” “Withheld Salaries and Allowances for Over Six Months,” and “Domestication of IPPIS and we say no to delay in payment of salary”, among other grievances.
