The incident which happened yesterday, 23rd March 2022 at LEA Primary School, Tudun Wada Jos Plateau State.
One of the primary five (5) teacher had noticed that his student’s books were incomplete. After finding out why, he discovered that the student, name Obinna was given money to buy them the books but for alleged stubbornness he refused to get them.
Meanwhile the student had lied that he has given the money to his class teacher Mr. Sylvanus Bitrus.
However, teacher denied the allegation due resulted Obinna of being flogged.
According to report he jumped off through the class window and ran away.
Barely some moments later, the student came back to the school with his father Mr. Ikechukwu, who on arrival, headed straight to the class room.
it was gathered that the father never bothered to ask what transpired between the child and the teachers, rather parent began a protest by throwing stones on the class teacher, and also bite him on the ear during the clash, this resulted to the several injuries Mr. Sylvanus sustained in the cause of the mayhem.
Thereafter, the headmistress and PTA chairman were both contacted and the case has been reported to the Tudun Wada Police station for settlement.
