Famous Singer Tems Hails Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, Other Colleagues For Paving Way For Her Big Wins At 2022 BET Awards

The famous Temilade Openiyi, a Nigerian female superstar, popularly known as Tems has shared her appreciations to some of her big sisters in the music industry and few of her colleagues in the same industry after winning two BET awards.

The Freshreporters had earlier reported barely two days ago that Tems won the 2022 BET Awards was held on Sunday 26th of June, 2022.

At the award show, Nigerian Tems becomes the first Nigerian female celebrity to win “Best International Act”.

Also In the second category, Tems hit song featuring Wizkid “Essence” alongside Justin Bieber won “Best Collaboration” at the 2022 BET Award.

The BET award was held at the Microsoft theatre in Los Angeles.

However, Singer Tems taking to her Twitter handle shared her heartfelt appreciation to Tiwa Savage, Asa, Yemi Alade, Simi, Omawumi, Waje and Niniola for giving her inspiration and paving the way for fortune.

Singer Tems also gave kudos to her other colleagues in the music industry, that includes, Teniola Apata, Ayra Starr, Gyakie, Fave and Fountain Baby, Amaarae noting they all are winning.

According to Tems; “I’m taking today to appreciate alll the Sisters today. Thank you for existing, thank you for deciding to get up and do something because someone saw that and became inspired by it. @Asa_official @Omawumi @TiwaSavage @yemialadee @OfficialWaje @SympLySimi @OfficialNiniola.”

Tems added; “@amaarae @Gyakie_ @ayrastarr @faveszn @TeniEntertainer When I see anyone of you gracing a stage, I feel like that’s me. We’re all winning and we’re about to move in like a Tsunami. So before it starts, know that Love lives on this side. As we show the world how it’s done.
