The chances of reaching the UEFA Champions League are uncertain, to say the least. Alisson Becker expressed to Liverpool’s official website after their demoralizing 3-0 loss to Wolves in the Premier League on Saturday.
This loss places Liverpool in 10th place on the Premier League table, with a deficit of 11 points from the top four.
When queried about the feasibility of Jurgen Klopp’s team still aiming for Champions League qualification, Becker stated:
“We have to think about the next games, that is what we have in [our] hands. We are not in a position to think too much about what we can do at the end of the season.
“We have to think about what we can do better now and to win the next game that is in front of us. That is it.”
