Electric workers in Plateau state have gathered to celebrate the 2025 May Day, joining workers worldwide to mark the celebration.
The Federal Government had declared Thursday, May 1, 2025, as a public holiday in commemoration of this year’s Workers’ Day celebration.
Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, speaking on behalf of the Federal Government, emphasised that lasting peace is essential for driving industrialization and fostering economic growth.
