Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, has filed a suit at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Abuja against the declaration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress as the winner by the electoral commission.
The petition seen by FreshReporters is marked CA/PEC/02m/2023 with the Former Governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi and the LP as plaintiffs, while the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the APC are the defendant.
