Ekiti State Governorship Aspirant Signs ‘Peace Accord’ Ahead Of The State Governorship Election

Party’s Candidates signed peace accords as Ekiti state election set to hold in few days(Saturday), 18th of June, 2022.

The various candidates vying for the post of Ekiti state governor in the election to come forth in few days time have signed a peace accord in order to ensure there’s peaceful democratic process in the election, before, during and after.

The candidates who are involved in the signing peace accord includes Biodyn Oyebamiji, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC and the Social Democratic Party, SDP Segun Oni and other candidates were reported seen at the peace accord event that took place today, 15th of June, 2022.

Other dignitaries that was present at the event includes Bishop of Sokoto, Matthew Kukah, the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Mahmood Yakubu, Ekiti Council of Traditional Rulers, among others.
