Ebonyi Gov Nwifuru Relieves 25 Commissioners, 22 Perm Secs, and 38 Aides for Absenteeism of their Jobs

In a surprise move, by Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State, he has suspended 25 commissioners, 22 permanent secretaries, and 38 other aides for a period of one month due to absenteeism at a key government event. The suspension was announced in a statement on Monday night by the governor’s chief press secretary, Monday Uzor.
