‘Difficult Father’s Day For Me’ – Davido Recount Son’s D£ath As He Commemorate In Tears

David Adeleke, Nigerian Afrobeats star, and a songwriter professionally known as Davido, has described this year’s Father’s Day as a difficult one for him.

Commemorating the day, which is celebrated every third Sunday of June, the singer appreciated God for strength.

In a series of posts on his Instagram story on Sunday, the Unavailable crooner wrote,

“Difficult Father’s Day for me… But I thank God for strength. Some days will be like this.

“Water full my eyes but I’ll be alright! FOREVER! ❤️”

It could be recalled that the father of four lost his three-year-old first son, Ifeanyi, in October 31st, 2022.

In other news, the singer Adeleke David, Nigerian Popular singer, professionally known as Davido, disclosed that his late son, Ifeanyi, has a younger brother in London, named Dawson.

The ‘Timeless’ disclosed this in an interview with YouTuber, Anas Bukhash, which was shared on Social media Tuesday night.

The afrobeat Star went on to say that he named his daughters, Imade and Hailey after his late mother adding that Hailey is a replica of his mom.

Speaking during the interview, Davido said,

“I named both of them [my daughters] after my mum. Hailey is the exact replica of my mum; my second daughter, she is just like my mum. It’s crazy. It’s like she came in here like she came with her.

“I have a son too. Like Ifeanyi has a little brother. His name is Dawson. He lives in London right now.”
